LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Global trade and geopolitical concerns will likely continue to dominate the headlines at the end of the week, with traders likely to be carefully monitoring the news-flow heading into the weekend.
Against that backdrop, Chinese foreign trade figures for the month of March are scheduled for release overnight.
They will be supplemented later in the session by the preliminary results of the University of Michigan's US consumer confidence survey for the month of April.
Back in the euro area, the spotlight will be on final readings on consumer prices in Germany and Spain for the month of March.
On the company front, no results or trading updates were expected from FTSE 350 companies.
Neither were any major economic releases scheduled for release in the UK on Friday.
